True that we don't have much DAers in Taiwan (which is a shame, since DA now supports Chinese characters as well)

Cool! I never knew that DA supports chinese characters.

I haven't been to any dojinshi conventions before. I heard a lot about it from posts on BBS though (The one in NTU gymnasium) . I heard that people often had to wait in long lines in order to get into the convention. How is it actually like?

There's one that's coming up by the end of July, actually (in NTU.... again).

Since this usually takes place during the weekends, the tickets are usually sold in a 2-day package.

And yeah, after you've bought your tickets, you do have to wait in a long line to get in, which is why it's usually a good idea to get there by morning (9 am, I'd say).

Personally, I'd spend about 2 afternoons to visit all the booths, but then again, I'm a slow watcher.
